Hi Bill,

I am sick, you fiend. Got it all except MNO.

Liked BESIEGE and WICKLOW and your Tipperary anagram.

Tommy

p.s I thought a leveret was a young hare, but 'like' gets you through.

Hi Bill and Tommy

I am well! Took longer getting MNO than all the rest put together...but I got it! I couldn't figure why for ages but knew there was something in the MNO roll...(as opposed to using any other middle-letter)...very fiendish indeed!

My favourites were CARMINE, TALLY-HO, ADO, WICKLOW, WATERFORD, THESE...and of course the bould MNO!

Tommy, hope you're not feeling too BESIEGED up there in WICKLOW...getting away relatively lightly down here in Cork City, though a fair fall of sneachta today.

Hope you had a good night with Bill Cosby, Bill...and thanks for a very enjoyable puzzle!

Liz

Hi Tommy,

Thanks for checking out the puzzle. Sorry about the MNO!

I thought that using "hare" in the clue was too easy for a 2/5 puzzle, so I threw in the "rabbit-like".

I've been running ragged these past couple of days, so looking forward to sitting down now with a cuppa and your latest puzzle, Tommy! Hope you don't have any phone-like clues!

Hi Liz,

Thanks for checking it out, Liz, and thanks even more for sticking with it to come through with a tantara. I guess the MNO clue was harder than I thought!

I liked the ADO clue myself, and wanted to just use H2O4D for the Waterford clue, but the "four" didn't real map neatly enough in "for". Pity!

Bill Cosby was brilliant, a great night. Ending up staying out late though, so am still catching up today.

Thanks for checking out the puzzle, Liz, and taking the time to comment. It's always appreciated!
